Συνδικαλιστικό δίκαιο: Η OSRA υποστηρίζει αυτόνομα συνδικάτα
Η Συνδικαλιστική Οργάνωση Αλγερινών Συνταξιούχων (OSRA) προσχωρεί στα αυτόνομα συνδικάτα δημόσιας υπηρεσίας, καθώς και στην UGTA, τα οποία ήταν σαφώς πολύ επικριτικά για τα δύο νομοσχέδια που υπέβαλε η κυβέρνηση και εξετάζονται επί του παρόντος σε επίπεδο NPC.
Το πρώτο σχέδιο αφορά την άσκηση του δικαιώματος οργάνωσης στην Αλγερία, ενώ το δεύτερο αφορά το νόμο για την πρόληψη των συγκρούσεων στο χώρο εργασίας και την άσκηση του δικαιώματος της απεργίας.

Trade union law: OSRA supports autonomous unions
The Trade Union Organization of Algerian Pensioners (OSRA) joins the autonomous public service unions, as well as the UGTA, which have clearly been very critical of the two bills submitted by the government and currently being examined at the NPC level.
The first draft relates to the exercise of the right to organize in Algeria, while the second relates to the law on the prevention of conflicts in the workplace and the exercise of the right to strike.

La Organización Sindical de Pensionistas Argelinos (OSRA) se une a los sindicatos autónomos de la administración pública, así como a la UGTA, que han sido claramente muy críticos con los dos proyectos de ley presentados por el Gobierno y que actualmente se están examinando a nivel de la APN.
