The National conference of All India BSNL Pensioners Welfare Association was held in Bangalore city on 21st and 22nd November 2015.
About 2000 Delegates representing all the provincial units attended the Conference. Com. Mohan Bahadur KC, Vice President of TUI (P&R) inaugurated the conference with a brief speech. Com. Ram Saran Wagle, General Secretary of Retired Employees Association, Nepal and Com. Loknath Gautam, Treasurer of REAN also attended the Conference of AIBSNLPWA on both the days. Com. D Gopalakrishnan, Secretary-Organisation of Trade Union International (P&R) deliverdd a keynote address depicting the present position of pensioners and retirees in various countries and the organisational significance of mobilising the pensioners and retirees undder the banner of TUI (P&R). The national conference of AIBSNLPWA re elected Com. P S Ramankutty, Com. D Gopalakrishnan and Com. G Natarajan as the President, Vice President and General Secretary respectively, among other office-bearers.
